Not sure if this has been discussed yet. So new directors get a bucketload of shares (3.5m?) free of charge if the 20 day average SP exceeds 30c any time over next 5 years. As this 30c is already well and truly baked into the potential SP this hurdle seems a bit low to me. Looks like Rusty is setting up for a quick fire sale and will likely grab anything over 30c and move on. Nice quick profit for some but not us LTHs who see the huge potential that CVN is. We may need to band together to thwart any quick sale.
