Great to see The Directors have Skin In The Game with Cygnus Metals.

From a shareholders perspective, it's important to understand the Performance Rights related to the Directors, and what performance criteria they need to achieve in order to acquire the “free” ordinary CY5 shares in the future.

I have extracted some details from the 14 Apr 2025 announcement titled "Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form/Notice of Access".

Could some more experienced shareholders review these KPIs and share their view on if these are appropriate as an "true incentive which strongly motivates the Directors to significantly added value for All Shareholders".
Should they have included some other tangible criteria such as a Feasibility Study, Mining Pan, etc, to ensure a clear focus towards success?
