    I agree 100%. Sounds like Ray S driven KPIs where they accrue benefits without a great deal of Board driven effort similar to the low ball MRE for Pontax that had plenty of benefits for the Board but bugger all for shareholders. Rays stated wheelhouse is the financing/M&A space which you would think would feature strongly in the KPIs and justify their tenure.
