Couldn't agree more mate. The sheer nerve of her doing this is utterly disrespectful. She hasn't earned anything, we have gone backwards since she arrived and nothing new has been implemented.
This isn't a participation award Lisa, get back to work and earn respect from sharehoders, don't take from the shareholders because you think your time is worth it - so far nothing you have done is worth it.
