I am really upset about these options so easily issued. They are linked to the expensive loan to buy back Armour Energy from receivers.
ive emailed the co advising of my dissatisfaction and at least received a response.
i voted today.
No to the first one making it harder for dgr to issue further options in the next 12 months. Yes to the second one. Reason yes to second one is if we don’t approve the final 30m 3c options we will have to pay $540,000 instead. Will reconsider if the nta has a big jump.
