These options were all passed at the AGM, most with an exercise price at 23c with exception of 1.5m to RI exercise at 29c. In the whole scheme of things, 6.5m options issued out of issued shares of 624m is 1.04%.
Since Ron Lauder had voted for the motions, whether we did not not, it was carried. So let it be.
Just waiting for 3 more trading days of EOFY sale, hopefully we see the sp reflects what the company is achieving after June 30. Looking forward to see the next set of 4C and half year results, I am quite sure they should read favourably.
