    Our new CEO, Damon Dormer's, employee incentive options (5c exercisable before 28/02/2026), vesting in three tranches:

    - 2M after 3 Mths service as CEO
    - 5M after 12 Mths
    - 5M after 24 Mths

    And note, for the options to become shares, the guy will be tipping $600,000 into the Company!

    My understanding is Damon joined G88 largely on the back of Quicksilver. Obviously an enterprise and a challenge he has considerable confidence in pulling off.
