    Totally agree, often I feel that proven track records are somewhat unnoticed/undervalued - When in reality it is often the catalyst for success.

    Trust in management is important. You wouldn't trust an inexperienced astronaut to take you on a ride to the moon - You trust the space man who has previously flown numerous times.

    Damon is a great addition to the team.
