Management jointly became the substantial shareholders for "free" by issuing 76 million free shares. Maybe Market has been doing its math's and valuing it accordingly. Maybe management has been toiling hard in the background but shy to showcase it to their shareholders... Surely the top 5 will be happy with 2.1 cent raises over the years. It's even hard to calculate the dilution the poor shareholders had. (It's Obvious from the management to expect more dilution soon) Fox was perceived as Santa last year turned out to be a dud. (Yes, it has been over one year now for the fresh wood after the dead wood was cleared)
