    We tried with 40% against but the board had major shareholders onside and got the other 60% for and ithe selotions passed.

    Next GM mooted for September lets vote against and try again to get board attention.

    I think the GM mooted for September will be to ratify the SPP as the directors are trying to get their placement exempted from us shareholders voting.

    Mind you the SPP prospectus hasn't yet lobbed.

    ASX may be asking questions. Hopefully ASX refer to ASIC.
