This is from the raise, so not unexpected.
I did find the cessation of shares notice interesting, clearly they were relating to Penelope, I find it mind boggling that a Co Sec would have entitlements to 462,244 of Service and Performance shares (esp as she would have already received the CY 23 entitlement on top of this)
Its only a rort if you aren't in on it I guess.
