Taking part in the placement I was keen to have the options listed the same date as the shares and prior to the closing date of the shareholder offer

I have been in contact with Michael Harvey regarding the listing process for the options and was advised the requirement is at least 50 non-affiliated security holders and a few ASX hoops to jump through

Although this is my understanding from my communication with the Company, I will request an official statement regarding the listing of the options on the ASX for clarity
