I am wondering if the delay in sorting out the local arrangements out is due to negotiating a 'new' contract with a new counter party (RHC, rather than with JHC directly. )Add to that I expect the terms sought will need to be more favourable to HMD than previously, and it does not look like a rollover.

My speculation only.

And given there is integration with systems, it might take a little longer to get things right.

The US competition angle is an interesting one - will be keep to hear more about Keith's role tomorrow. I guess if its $500k for 100 devices (presumably that includes a certain number of licenses?), looks pretty good if they start to hit scale.
