For the Board of Directors that are being provided with incentive shares; these have been approved at the AGM. For Employees, this is part of the Employee Incentive Program.

But where does Kathyrn Salkilld, an associate of Jason Loveridge fit? Is the 56,000 shares part of the incentive program provided to Jason, in which case it should have been approved at the AGM? Or is because Kathyrn Salkilld an employee of the company?

If there was ever a criticism of management, it would be their difficulty with open and transparent communication to shareholders around their remuneration structures as evidenced by last years options debacle and this latest example.
