I agree entirely. Given the recent IPO, the hurdle rate should be at least 20c for vesting. This new "MD" is really only qualified to be an Exploration Manager. He has to our knowledge never served in a senior role in an ASX company. No Director experience. It is a baffling appointment. And a very generous salary/perks for an Exploration Manager.
What was the Board thinking? Must be a lack of talent out there, or is it a mates appointment?
