Whether he is lazy and greedy I cannot say. What can be said is:
- the company's market value has declined severely under his leadership
- there is an apparent unwillingness on his part to demonstrate the accountability one might expect from a Chairman, eg. to reduce his remuneration in recognition of the decline in the company's value
