Can someone explain the basis for issuing these securities? The link provided just directs you to their web page. I was unable to locate any information on employee incentive scheme from that page. I am none the wiser having read the FY23 Remuneration Report.
I would be interested to learn on what basis Clayton McDonald was issued 1,476,603 options, given he has been in the job less than 12 months and share price performance during his time. I note also he excercised 145,721 options @ $1.06 on 6 November for nil consideration under the companies LTI plan.
