As you no doubt know, Frontier Resources picked up the REE projects in Gascoyne through the acquisition of Dalkeith Capital in November 2021. Not sure who Dalkeith Capital was. But this was announced in conjunction with the appointment of B.Thomas to NED and T.Langley as technical consultant (went NED Oct 2023). Inyati Capital was also listed in the same acquisition announcement as being engaged in the capital raising. D.Frances appointed as non-exec chairman in February 2022. Name changed to Lanthanein Resources in May 2022 and then additional placements (e.g. Aug 2022, Feb 2023, Dec 2023) managed by Inyati Capital.
Familiar names with Province Resources (ASX.PRL) – currently in suspension. Province was formerly ScandiVanadium who acquired projects through the acquisition of Vanatech (T.Langley founder and sole director) and appointed NED of ScandiVanadium in July 2020 with David Frances appointed executive chairman in August 2020. Name changed to Province Resources in November 2020. T.Langley moved to COO role in March 2021. Inyati Capital acted as joint lead in the equity raise for Province in May 2021.
Inyati Capital was also involved in the IPO for Lycaon (ASX.LYN) and has acted as lead manager on additional capital raisings. T.Langley is a technical director of LYN also.
Now to be crystal clear, I'm not saying any of that isn't within the 'rules' ...it is just background context.

But, I don’t quite understand the Earl Grey farm-in, the farm-in terms are to acquire the right to earn up to 70% interest in the tenure/project from Gondwana Resources Pty Ltd.
Do you know who is involved with Gondwana Resources?
I noticed that in the Vendor Option Agreement that Syndicate Minerals were granted the option to negotiate and introduce on Gondwana’s behalf. Syndicate Minerals held the Gondwana Option in its capacity as trustee for the "option Vendors" which includes David Wall and Mark Sandford amongst others, who i assume are also the same people in Inyati Capital?
