No idea what the ‘corporate advisory’ services are that Canaccord will be providing.
But the exercise prices and expiry dates are eye opening
Batch 1 - 45 cents to convert and expire this Christmas
Batch 2 - 55 cents and expire June next year
So they’re saying they’re confident enough to accept options as payment even though the conversion price is 2-2.5x current share price.
Am I missing something here?
