I don't think so - the options aren't going to be formally approved until the May AGM.
Also - I assume that (regardless of the reason for engaging Canaccord), that there has probably been some cash payment as well (I just can't imagine that Canaccord would sign themselves up to work which is 100% remunerated with options predicated on a share price 2-3x higher than current).
