ok but there are decent hurdles there are three to get all of the rights
- completion and lodgement if the mine development application
- getting the mine approved
and the last one is achieving the final investment decision
- so basically he is getting a decent reward if we are opening the mine, do you know how few new major lithium mines make it to production and you don't think he then deserves a pretty amazing reward given if all those things happen he will be delivering billions to shareholders over the mine life - billions
if the shares are say $1 - it's a 13m bonus for getting a new mine approved. Hell there are asx companies that give their CEOs that level of bonus each year
