Your assumption is correct the vertical richness factor is net to MAY re: "I am assuming his vertical richness factor is net to MAY's figures."
I've reposted below my 16/10/23 Post which is more focused on the Amistad's Resource potential.
A few additional points:
- Post Unit 1B flow tests, I'm more confident in a Recovery Factor increase to something in the +10% range for this Unit.
- I think the oil saturation factor (So) will increase my vertical richness factor as this with poor quality logs would have been likely hit hard by the Certifiers.
- Even though earlier Resource update increases did not result in any re-rating for the share price, Unit 1B's successful flow test and the further the JV are currently along the path to development should, hopefully, produce something of a re-rating on a material resource increase from McDaniel. Obviously, the current drilling is going to be something of an overhang to the share price until the DSTs are complete.
