Essentially buying MKR is buying 50Moz of Ag and 50,000koz Au for zero + attaching earnings stream and exploration potential

But as ive been stressing -- key to future value lies in your view on gold/silver spot trajectory

MKR is about as leveraged a PM play as one can get. Market pricing of plant capital value rises and falls with spot price - along with pricing the value of the attaching earnings stream
