Being new to this stock, I cant say 100% whether they are deserved, however, it seems this team has led quite a turnaround back to profitability suggested by the last quarterly report? Suggest amb005 and other shareholders read the material released by the company and, if holders of the stock, vote at the AGM if not happy.

I would venture to say if the previous management’s policies were not changed the company would have ended up in administration and you know what that would have meant for us shareholders!
Its really not that much when you look at the turnaround
