This is litrally what was voted on in the AGM. Nothing new, just being executed.
As I said before the AGM, those who have any idea should vote down the proposal; 1) these performance rights will be worth double or more than they were when proposed by the end of 2025 2) it dilutes the rest of us holders 3) the board and management fully understand they stand to gain massivly by offering not to take cash now and instead taking share options
Problem is we as non-institutional investors do not hold enough votes to sway the outcome and the funds couldn't care less as they hold in multiples of millions so a few million share options hardly dilutes their position.
