I hate to break it to you.... " with not a deal/partnership " ...... they aren't a soccer team trading players.
If they never get what you consider a deal / partnership, means they keep all profits rather than diluting sharholder profits to partners / deals where they sold off for short term peanuts.... you like peanuts ? Haven't you had enough dilution? Complaining about 3 million shares when a deal / partnership going to cost us significantly more than that.
