Jane Bell is an expert at defensive strategies and none of this is accidental. Those dilutions you speak of can be invoked or not as needed. My only concern is that the Trump regime is so corrupt with a robber baron mentality, that they may block MSB and try various means to try to force a cheap sale to a US based entity. Paranoid, I know, and remote sounding in normal times. But that's why you diversify your portfolio. Plus I'm happy we will move into the EC markets. Very happy.
