My take for way it's worth; - Gerry has been given 500k options to exercise at $3.46 - the options only vest if performance hurdles are met - the performance hurdles are set with a bar which means we, Neuren, have made significant progress - if we meet the hurdles and he has made a contribution to the outcome then the company will be in a very, very strong position - we should encourage incentives such as these not be focussed on the VWAP of $3.46 which he had no control over - his total options are less than 0.5% of the current SOI I am fully supportive of this announcement and absolutely encourage everyone else to see the merit. If we can make progress and pass the hurdles, then $4, $6, $8 per share will be a distant memory. Another tick from me for the Board and Jon. Well done.
