the rule of accelerated vesting of the vesting period applies in the event of a change of control or public takeover offer.this is what the other managers are also waiting for, despite having had all the boxes ticked for conversion qualification since mid-December last year.all this explains the market price set and maintained in the post PMD results and which will most likely be the basis for the potential auction.
