More than happy to give employees a cut, anyone in business would know you’re only as good as your staff, unless of coarse you do it all yourself which is impossible.
Jon has referenced many times how hard the team has worked undertaking these x 4 phase 2’s , helps boost morale when in the midst of their current journey, and when you have had so many failure in this industry, why not reward the team that’s getting it right they’re or could be the best in the industry!
If it’s a TO it’s going to be large in my view, if it’s Neu going alone the end goal is literally next CSL hardly anything for us to complain about but does indicate management are in control and will do things how they see fit.
