I like your post Guzz & reference to 'golden handcuffs'.
For 'handcuffs' to be effective : the Board, senior management must have objectives for NEU's value to be much greater than a hurdle of $23/share .
It's great initiative by NEU's executives and sends a signal to interested 3rd parties.
