They did pay, it has been reported in their accounts, the question is what is the claim Salutica are making? It appears to relate to excess or left over materials .
Salutica also appears to have a number of litigations in play including against Apple.
Without more detail the filing tells us nothing much.
If it is material why didn’t NUH come out to the market to explain. They are obligated to.
A couple of years ago there was a US company that took NUH to court over IP and design infringements. It went no where.
