What,s the false narrative that was created? I was agreeing with you that anyone can make a claim, you should ready and understand a post first prior to posting.
1- The contracts ended between Nuheara and the manufacturer - fact
2- Minimum order production runs are always required from a manufacturer - fact
3 - I was agreeing with you that anyone can make a claim - fact
4- You would not see what both parties claims were until it went to discovery - fact
5- I was agreeing with you the market should have been notified - fact
6- Everything i mentioned about the case is factual based on the claim made, as it is in the published claim pdf - fact
7- The only assumption was that the contract probably ended when realtek came on board, let me answer you why, because the unit justin has is far smaller than anything else they have ever created, therefore a new IDMD would have had to be drawn up, tooled up, making the current IDMD and tooling obsolete for the new model along with parts. So whilst its an assumption, it is a perfectly logical assumption to make, if you understand manufacturing.
So instead of saying its a false narrative to get your customary two likes a pot, it is factually all correct apart from number 7 above, which most likely is indeed correct.
