    Realtek already produces a single chip solution for blue tooth audio and hearing aids. What advantages might the Nuheara Gen 4 single chip have over the Realtek chip and why would it cost $6M to develop seemingly already existing technology? If there is something special about the Nuheara chip then it should be worth Realtek or others investing in the chip.
