Bottom line is NUH cannot appear while in VA , only KPMG can appear. Yet there are no notices for KPMG to appear, nothing, how competent is this Malaysian company if they dont understand some of these basics. It appears they didnt even inform the court. Hardly behaviour of a plantiff with a strong case. And instead of whinging on here and getting angry at other posters, why dont you take it up with Miller. Perhaps he can tell you what management were doing? Ask Miller. Perhaps lodge a claim in court against Miller, maybe then you will get an answer?
