So what? Once a company enters VA the appropriate changes to any court actions need to be made. Why didnt they ajourn it until they had the appropriate confirmations from the administrator then proceed? Their default judgement doesnt mean much, any claims they need to go to the administrator. Go take it up with Miller I and other posters are not the cause of your problems or anger.
