IMO any deal if it involves MA and will dilute any existing shareholding to Zip assuming something can be scavenged followed by a sophs raising to hammer in that last nail. Unless someone advising is playing it very close to the wind or someone is lending them cash to stay solvent along with some "delayed" supply invoices being paid ( when companies see suppliers in trouble they often just decide not to pay as they know administrators are unlikely to spend $ to chase) . Hard to see as just not sure there are sales happening - How are those reviews going ?
