The convertible note conversion price is 16c
A conversion would take Realtek over the 20% threshold.
The real value is the single chip and the commercialisation of that , therefore the terms regarding licensing etc are relevant.
NUH retail business is worth zero and why NUH is even in retail remains baffling.
If it does survive, don't bet that the current management structure or composition would necessarily remain.
