I think if realtek were going to do anything along those lines, they would have simply loaned Nuheara the the money to see the chipset completion come to fruition. If any large deals were pending, subject to completion, approvals etc,they would not be in this position they are currently are in, as if it was only a shortfall to get a confirmed pending deal done and onto the books, they would have easily raised the funds by now.
