That ‘lousy $2.5mill owing’ is very significant. One problem is that NUH can’t sell their assets without a loan repayment being part of the agreement and if RealTek doesn’t get their money owed by 7 Sep then they have the right over NUH assets which in a firesale wouldn’t be worth $2.5mill. ie they get it all very easily unless there is a loan repayment.
