That is a rather big motherhood statement that actually says nothing. Perhaps educate us? Have you sat on the Board of an ASX listed company? Do you know what actually goes on when the Board meets? Do you understand the obligations that need to be met and the exposure to risk and litigation you place yourself personally if the company doesnt follow its obligations to the various regulators? There is nothing that has been done or reported that suggests management is “tidying the chairs”. They havent even lodged their 1st half 4D after lodging two 4C statements and raising capital.
