According to you, they issued performance shares and shares in lieu as a red herring? Which criminal law code are you referring to? His performance shares are only valid if he delivers a deal that benefit the company and shareholders, administration renders them null and void. Even if he delivers a deal he has to stick around for at least one yr and that doesnt necessarily guarantee the shares.
To give the impression they are working on something when really they are not? What? If they engaged in this charade when in fact nothing was going on as you say, they personally become liable, why would you do it knowing the administrators would expose you in the end?
To give false hope? What?
To give time to a “friendly liquidator” to do a review? Really? What liquidator? They havent called any in nor have any been appointed.
I don’t buy nor believe any of your reasons nor do they make any sense, they are all nonsensical.
