RT are in box seat all the way , followed by management as they have control of decisions and no one else matters . ASIC is a wet fish and useless to small holders and same for ASX etc. Administrators will just do the process if it gets to that. Unless forensic accounting is used on timing of all items no one will ever know what was happening with finances and no more signoffs.

WRONG..entitlements can only be gained on a merger etc...if all fails they get nothing.
