Lets say it last 12mnths ..god forbid
At 8.1c his free shares are worth $439k...almost double
But lets not forget to get a deal over the line surely the SP has to be worth a bit more than 8.1c
Get where i am going ...say he sells us at 12c..thats $650k for him

Not forgetting if he is pushed out when a deal is done he gets 12months salary on top
