If you speak to Miller and Ivan Kelly what you will quickly realise is these 2 men are completely ignorant of how market perception and expectations feed into market confidence.
If they understood this we would not have a situation where they have failed to lodge their accounts for the 4th time.
When potential investors look at this what they see is an inept management team and they won't touch the stock.
The only real way to restore confidence is if Miller and the current management team and board go. New people are required who are not tainted by Millers mismanagement.
Who really knows why the 4C has not been lodged but what is clear is that Miller is clueless to the damage he is doing by failing to lodge for the 4th time.
