Basically it is stealing from shareholders. Its not technically illegal but that is what it is. They can spin all manner of justification around it, but it doesnt change the fact. Under this management the company has been driven into the ground twice and now it is on life support awaiting a deal to save it. That the directors believe they are entitled to something in this scenario is outrageous. If they has created significant shareholder wealth it would not be an issue. The management of NUH always gets it backwards.
