They also do have the option to convert or renegotiate, its hard to say what may happen here, it’s not the usual CN situation with an external and independent financier but with an entity that is in partnership where the partner has also a significant equity stake and business interest as well as a board seat.
If it was with an external and removed financier then yep, it would most likely be curtains.
