on many threads i get around to posting, performance right etc, should be based on us the owners of the company getting paid first, and all measure for nay bonus are against that, i don't like retension few shares.
no bonuses untill we make a profit, then happy enough (only slightly) for our team to cash in a become millionaire....
on that basis directors and all will be tested to show their loyalitiees and confidence in our company.
their are too many companies paying themselves (although they say independant committee set wages) ... huge golden handshakes, for their companies wiht SP going down 80% and/or running at huge losses.... 8-10 million... exist payouts 10 years ago, if folks recall those occurences
