It would be appropriate to issue performance rights for actual performance of the company, not keep issuing them on almost weekly basis whilst the company keeps bleeding cash and not generating any revenue. I think all shareholders would agree on rewarding them even double or triple so as long as the company generates money, is sustainable and perhaps even pays dividends to its shareholders. However, this is not the case. It is more than obvious this company is merely a cash cow for a small clique. The next CR is likely not far -- some folks need the cash to fund their lifestyle.
