I am sure the daily performance rights are bullish for some arbitrary reason whilst the company is not turning any revenue, but keeps burning the little cash that they do have on administration + executive expenses. Maybe one of the many uprampers can shed some light on the bullishness of this announcement and how dilution is great for the current shareholders. I am eager to learn.
